Region: GLOBAL
Login with OTP:
Feature Overview: Login with OTP allows users to access emSigner without a password. A One-Time Password (OTP) is sent to the registered email or mobile. Users enter the OTP for quick authentication. This ensures seamless and secure login.
For the users to login using the OTP, the super administrator has to enable this OTP based login.
Key Benefits
Faster access with a hassle-free login process.
Flexible authentication via email or mobile OTP.
Use Cases
Business users who need quick and secure access.
Users who forgot their passwords and need instant login.
Multiple Webhooks:
Feature Overview: Previously, the emSigner supported only a single webhook for status updates. With this enhancement, Admins can configure multiple webhooks to notify different source systems and also can be configured at the department level.
It provides better control over how notifications are managed across departments or external applications. Retry mechanism is also provided in this update; the application will send an email notification to the Super Admin of the account (after 3 frequent exceptions) so that they can rectify the issues in their webhook listener. The steps to configure multiple webhooks can be viewed .
Key Benefits
Enables integration with multiple external systems.
Ensure each system gets relevant status updates.
Enhances flexibility in workflow notifications.
Use Cases
Different departments receive status updates independently.
Separate webhooks for ERP, CRM, or DMS integrations.
Custom notifications based on document type or process.
AKV Certificate Upload and Enrollment
Feature Overview: This feature allows users to upload and enroll their signing certificates in an Azure Key Vault (AKV) account managed by the organization's Super Admin. Automatic configuration of their individual signing certificates will be done in the emSigner application.
It enhances security by restricting certificate access while providing centralized control over certificate management to the Super Admin of the account.
Key Benefits
Secure storage and management of signing certificates.
Centralized control under the organization's Super Admin.
Use Cases
Users signing documents with AKV-stored certificates.
Organizations don’t have to configure the certificates manually as the process might become cumbersome and error prone.
Auto Save
Feature Overview: The Autosave feature automatically saves the document during initiation, ensuring that progress is never lost. As users work on a document, changes are saved in real-time, reducing the risk of data loss due to accidental closures or interruptions.
This functionality enhances the user experience by providing continuous backup, making document creation more efficient and reliable.
Key Benefits
Reduces the risk of losing progress in case of disruptions.
Increase efficiency by eliminating manual saving.
Provides a seamless, uninterrupted document creation process.
Use Cases
Users creating long or complex documents who need continuous backup.
Ensuring document progress is automatically saved without user intervention.
Reducing the likelihood of losing data due to accidental application closures.
Liveness check with Face Match
Feature Overview: The purpose of this feature is to enhance the security of the signing process by validating the identity of the signatory. It ensures that the person initiating the signing process is the same individual who was captured during the Liveness Check. This works only in cases where the photo is sent in the API from the Source system.
Create Envelope – New UI (Beta flow)
Feature Overview: The New User Interface for Document Initiation is designed to simplify and enhance the process of initiating documents. This updated UI reduces system load by streamlining the steps involved, improving both performance and user experience. The interface has been optimized for better responsiveness, providing a more intuitive and visually appealing design, making it easier for users to initiate documents efficiently.

Demographic Validation
Feature Overview: This feature validates the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) details of the signatory against the certificate used to sign the document. The certificate information will be provided in the completion certificate. This functionality applies only to external users and allows the admin to define which PII fields need validation, as well as set a threshold for name matching. It ensures that the signatory's identity is accurately verified during the signing process.
If the signatory is using a certificate that does not belong to them the application will reject the signing and will allow the user to retry using their correct certificate.
Key Benefits
Ensures PII accuracy and validation for External users.
Provides customizable validation for specific PII fields.
Allows threshold setting to manage name match requirements.
Use Cases
Preventing fraudulent signatures by ensuring accurate identity matching.
Validating the identity of signatories during high-stakes document signing.
Offline Judicial & Revenue Stamps with two party
Function Overview: This feature allows users to procure Offline Judicial & Revenue Stamps through an intuitive interface. Previously known as the “eStamp Offline” tile, it has been renamed to “Offline Judicial & Revenue Stamps”.
Users can submit both the Offline stamp requests by uploading an Excel file containing details of the First Party, Second Party, and Unique Identifier. Once submitted, the requests will be approved by the Internal Back Office once the procurement is made. To maintain data integrity, the requester is restricted from modifying the uploaded Excel file.
Key Benefits
Streamlines the offline revenue stamp procurement process.
Eliminate stamp procurement hassles and manage digital stamp paper inventory.
Easily manage revenue stamp inventory through a centralized dashboard.
Documents are read using OCR and the entire metadata along with Certificate Number, Unique document identifier and Reference are stored for reconciliation purposes.

Fully digital lending journeys
Offline Judicial Stamps:

If the details are not present, then the Signer ID will not be fetched, and the user can enter the Signer ID and password and proceed with the signing once authentication is done through OTP.
For Seal:
Feature Overview: This new feature will allow the signatory to select the option of For Seal from the Visual appearance settings and select their roles like Director, Executive Director etc., and the same will be captured in the signed document.
The Super Admin of the Organization has to configure the AKV account in which all the certificates have to be uploaded and configured to the users. The steps for the super admin to configure these settings can be viewed .
