The 'For Seal' feature allows signatories to add their official designation - such as Director, Executive Director, etc. - to the visual appearance of their signature on a document. This is especially useful in formal or legal documents where the role of the signatory must be explicitly mentioned alongside the signature.
To use this feature, the signatory can enable the 'For Seal' option within the Visual Appearance settings during the signing process and select their appropriate role from the available list. Once selected, the chosen designation will appear on the signed document, ensuring clarity and official representation.
Key Benefits:
Adds official role information to the signature appearance.
Enhances document authenticity and legal validity.
Useful for corporate or legal documents requiring designation visibility.
Use Cases:
Signing board resolutions, contracts, or legal documents where role identification is mandatory.
Adding an extra layer of formality and accountability during the signing process.
When the user is signing the document, they can select the visual appearance of this from the 'For Seal' option.
