# Manage Internal Users

Internal users are members of your organization who can log in to emSigner, initiate signing workflows, manage documents, add ad hoc users and collaborate within the platform. Administrators control their access by assigning roles, templates, and permissions.

Internal users can be added and managed from the **Settings → Manage Users** section.
