FTP Settings

What are FTP Settings and how I can access them in emSigner?

File Transfer Protocol (FTP) Settings in emSigner allows you to configure FTP credentials to fetch documents in bulk from an external source in a secured way.

Step 1: Login to emSigner Super Admin account. Click on ‘Settings’ tab to open the Admin Settings. Click on ‘FTP Settings’ below Admin Settings

Step 2: You will now be able to view the FTP settings page, click on the “Create New” button.

You can configure your FTP credentials here, Profile Name: You can enter any alphanumeric character in the text box

FTP URL: You can enter the FTP URL in the text box

FTP User Name: You can enter the user name in the text box

FTP Password: You can enter the password in the text box

Once completed, click on the Test connection or ADD button to create.

Step 3: The configured fields will be listed and can be edited using the edit icon under the Actions column. You can also delete the created fields using the delete icon.

Note: Profiles that are created using FTP settings will be used in Flexi from templates.
