eStamping Offline
How to procure offline eStamp in emSigner and how to initiate eStamping process offline?
This is a standalone feature on our emSigner platform, enabling you to sign legally binding contracts seamlessly.
Request to procure Stamp Paper on our platform by selecting the denomination, state and quantity of the Stamp Papers. Based on your requirement and requested stamp paper will be issued in the platform and you can proceed to merge the stamp paper with the concerned contract and continue with the template to eSign financial or operational contract.
Initiating the document for eStamping has 2 steps. 1. Procurement of Offline eStamping 2. Initiate the document using eStamping
Procurement of Offline eStamping
Step 1: Go to settings and click on OFFLINE NON JUDICIAL AND REVENUE STAMPS.

Step 2: You will be navigated to the eStamping page. Offline non-judicial and revenue stamps available in the account are displayed here, allowing users to review stamp details and raise requests for new stamp purchases.

Click on the Add Request button to create a request.

Step 3: Users can raise a request for offline non-judicial stamp paper or revenue stamp tickets by selecting the stamp type, denomination, state, quantity, and providing client details. An Excel template is available for download to capture party names and unique identification details.

Step 4: You can view your eStamping request.

Initiate the document using eStamping
Step 1: Click on “Create an Envelope” from the left side panel.
You will be navigated to the screen where you can upload one or more documents for signing.

Step 2: Users can enable the eStamping option using the toggle available at the top right. Enabling this option allows stamp details to be configured as part of the signing workflow.

Step 3: After enabling eStamping, users can choose the required offline stamp type: Offline – Non Judicial Stamp Paper or Offline – Revenue Stamp Ticket

Step 4: After selecting the offline stamp type, users must choose the applicable state and denomination and provide the party name. The available stamp balance is displayed on the screen, and the party names shown in the search list are based on the available stamp inventory.

Step 5: User can proceed to next stage to add participants once stamp level configurations are done.

Step 6: Participant Addition and Signature Configuration

Step 7: The selected stamp is applied to the uploaded document

Step 8: Place signature fields on document, configure additional settings, and initiate the document for signing.
