A fixed form template, also known simply as a "fixed template," refers to a document or form that has a predefined structure, layout, and content that cannot be easily altered or customized by the user. Fixed form templates are rigid and typically serve specific purposes without much variation.
Once the Fixed Form Template are created, you can use the same for initiating the similar documents for signing which will have a same signatory position for all the initiating documents.
Note: Only Admin users will have the privilege to the setup Fixed Form Template.
Step 1: Log in to the emSigner account using your Admin User Name and Password
Enter the password to login into the account.
Step 2: Click on the Settings tab present at the top.
Step 3: Under Admin Settings click on “Manage Templates”
Step 4: Now click on the “Create New Template” button on the top right of your Template space, enter a Template name and click “Save” to create a new Template.
On successful creation, you will get the pop-up stating "Template Successfully Created"
Once created, click on “Setup Template/flexiform” icon to open the teamplate and make necessary changes.
Step 5: Click on the “Upload” button to upload the document template (Note: You can upload one or more document templates)
Step 6: In this step, you will be able to view the uploaded document template and you will see options on your right-hand side panel to specify no. of. Signatories and their positions on the document.
Go to "Fields and Components" and set it up according to your requirements.
Once this step is completed click on “Activate“.
Step 7: Upon completing all the above steps, your Template will be created and activated successfully.
