A document log in emSigner typically refers to a record or history of actions and events related to a specific document. This log is essential for tracking the document's progress, understanding who has interacted with it, and ensuring compliance and security.
The document log can be accessed by following the below steps:
Step 1: Log in to the emSigner account using your Admin User Name and Password
Enter the password to login into the account.
Step 2: The Document log can be accessed for any document. Here we are considering the complete document, navigate to DocStore and select Completed documents
Step 3: Click on the View Document to view the completed document.
Step 4: Click on the Doc Log option present in the left panel to open the document log.
Step 5: The Document Log will be opened in a pop-up.
The Document log will show details like the Envelope Number, Template Name, Number of Internal Users & Ad hoc users, Number of recipients in the workflow, Name of the Initiator, Workflow status, Initiated Date & Time.
The Document Log Details section will have the below details like the Date & Time of every activity, User who has done the activity, Activity details, IP Address of the user, Browser & OS details from which the user has accessed the document.
The document log can be downloaded by clicking on the Print icon present in the pop-up.
