Offline Non Judicial and Revenue Stamps
What is the purpose of the 'Offline Non Judicial & Revenue Stamps' feature and why was it introduced?
Note: This functionality is specific to India users.
The Offline Non Judicial & Revenue Stamps is introduced to streamline the process of procuring and managing offline stamp papers used in various legal and financial documents.
This feature provides users with a centralized and intuitive interface to submit requests for offline Judicial and Revenue stamps by uploading an Excel file containing key details such as First Party, Second Party, and a Unique Identifier. Once submitted, the request goes through an approval process managed by the Internal Back Office after the physical procurement is complete.
To maintain data integrity, requesters are restricted from modifying the uploaded Excel after submission. Additionally, submitted documents are processed using OCR to extract metadata including the Certificate Number, Unique Document Identifier, and Reference, which are then stored for easy tracking and reconciliation.

Below are the steps the Admin can raise a request for either the Revenue Stamp or Non Judicial Stamps.
Step 1: Navigate to 'Offline Non Judicial and Revenue Stamps' under 'Settings'.
Step 2: Click on 'Add Request' to raise a new request.
Step 3: The Super Admin can provide all the relevant details after selecting either 'Offline - Non Judicial Stamp Paper' or 'Offline - Revenue Stamp Ticket'. The format for uploading the details like the First Party, Second Party and the Unique Identification Number can be downloaded by clicking on the excel icon.
Step 4: The relevant details have to provided in the excel file and it is to be updated.
Step 5: The request can be seen in the Offline Stamp Requests table. Once it is approved it will be shown in the Offliine Stamps Summary with the consumption details.
