Decrypt

Step 1: Login to www.emsigner.com using your User Name and Password

Step 2: On the top right corner, click on your profile image and then click on the ‘Settings‘ menu

Step 3: Under ‘Settings‘ click on the ‘Decrypt‘ option.

Step 4: You will be navigated to Decrypt Files and Documents page, where you will have an option to select file or folder. Click “Select File/ Select Folder” to locate the source file or folder to be decrypted and then click “Open”.(Note: There will be a radio button to select “Single/ Multiple”. If you select Single, you will be able to load a file. If you select Multiple, you will be able to load files within a folder.)

Step 5: Click ‘Select Folder‘ to locate the destination folder to save the decrypted file and then click “Open”

Step 6: Now click on ‘Decrypt Now‘ button and you will be able to decrypt the document.
