Note: Internal user assigned with “Maker” role can create new adhoc users or modify existing users in emSigner. When “Maker” creates/modifies an adhoc user, account creation/modification request will be submitted to users assigned with that of a “Checker” role. Adhoc User account will be activated only after any user with “Checker” role approves it
Step 1: Login to www.emsigner.com using Admin user name and Password
Step 2: Go to your profile image and click on ‘Settings‘
Step 3: Now click on ‘Manage Users’ under Admin Settings.
Step 4: Here, click on “Create New” button on your right
Step 5: Enter details in the respective fields. Fields that are marked * are mandatorily to be filled by the Admin user. Select the User role ‘Maker’ from the dropdown
Step 6: Once the necessary details are entered, click on the “Save” button to create a new user assigned to be a Maker
