Do I have an option to check my transaction logs?

Yes, follow the steps below to check your transaction log.

Step 1: Login to using your Admin User Name and Password

Step 2: On the top right corner, click on your profile image and then click on ‘Settings’ menu

Step 3: Go to Gateway Settings and click on the ‘Transaction Log’

Step 4: Upon clicking ‘Transaction Log’, you will be able to see a page with a list of every transaction in detail. Following are the columns you will see in the transaction log;

  • Date & Time: Date and time of the particular transaction.
  • Transaction number: Number associated with your transaction
  • Reference Number: A reference number for your completed transaction
  • Status: Status of particular transaction like (completed, initiated, canceled and failed)
  • Error Description: Error description will be only for failed and canceled transactions, there will not be any description for a completed transaction
  • IP Address: IP address from which the transaction has been performed
  • Actions: Allows you to view and use the actions you can do against each transaction
