How do I Delegate Signing of a Document in a Workflow to Someone else?

You have an option to ask somebody else to sign the documents assigned to you. Any workflow documents that you receive are listed under My Signatures tab.

These documents will remain under the My signatures tab until you sign the document, or delegate your document responsibilities to someone else.

Follow the below mentioned steps to delegate signing of a document 

1. Click on View Document icon under the actions column

2. Now in the Tracker page, click on Delegate

3. To Delegate from someone else's page, enter the email address in the email field and name of the delegator in the Name field. Enter the reason for delegation in the reason field and click on Delegate
