How do I Delegate signing of a document in a workflow to someone else?

Step 1: Login to www.emsigner.com using your User Name and Password

Step 2: You will see dashboard in the landing page once you login successfully. Click Pending tab

Step 3: You will see list of records that requires to take an action. You will find a “view document” icon under Actions column in the list grid

Step 4: Click “View Document” icon. You will be navigated to the view page (Tracker page). On top, you will find a “Delegate” button

Step 5: Click “Delegate” button, you will prompted to select the user to whom you need to delegate to. You can search the user in Email field. Once you select the user, name of the user will be populated in the Name field. Enter the reason for delegating in Reasons field (Note: you can also enter a new Email id, Name)

Step 6: Finally, click “Delegate” to delegate the document for signature.
