Step 1: Login to www.emsigner.com using your Admin User Name and Password
Step 2: On the top right corner, click on your profile image and then click on the ‘Settings‘ menu
Step 3: Go to Admin Settings and click on ‘Manage Workflow‘ option
Step 4: You will be able to see the workflows that are created in the application. You can select a workflow/ Activity/ Sub-Activity which contains the existing flexiform and then click on ‘Setup Flexiform’ on bottom right corner
Step 5: Upon clicking the “Setup Flexiform” button, you will see popup message that states that the workflow has already been activated for this activity. If you still wish to override, you can click the “Override” button in the popup.
Step 6: Upon clicking “Override” button, you will be navigated to create flexi form page where you can upload a document and the new flexi form template to start adding your dynamic fields
Step 7: Once the flexiform is completed successfully, you can click on the “Activate Flexiform” button. The new form will be activated for the workflow.
