Optional Settings

Fine-tune workflow behavior with watermarks, reminders, and language preferences.

The Optional Settings panel, accessible from the Right Pane, provides workflow-level controls that improve security, usability, and communication.

• Watermarks – Apply security or branding marks on documents. Configure placement, opacity, and scope.

• Reminders – Set up automated reminders for participants who have not signed. Define frequency (daily, weekly, or custom) and duration.

• Workflow language – Select the preferred language for notifications, prompts, and signer instructions.

Once documents, participants, and optional settings are complete, the envelope can be saved as a draft for later or sent immediately to begin the signing process.
