Adding Participants

Add signers, reviewers, and recipients to your envelope.

• Add up to 50 participants.

• Roles:

  • Signer → Must sign (can delegate if unavailable).

  • Reviewer → Reviews but does not sign.

  • CC Recipient → Receives a copy for reference.

• Existing user emails auto-fill names.

• For new participants, enter name + email, then click Add to register them as ad-hoc users during envelope creation.

• Drag & drop to reorder participants or delete if not needed.
