Use the Central Canvas to preview documents and place fields exactly where signers must act.

The Central Canvas displays uploaded documents and provides a visual editor for field placement and review.

• Preview documents – Scroll through each page to confirm content, formatting, and order.

• Field placement – Drag and drop fields from the Left Pane and position them precisely on the document.

• Multi-document setup – When multiple documents are uploaded, configure required fields on each one individually.

• Live adjustments – Instantly view how fields will appear to signers and adjust placement for clarity or compliance.

Example – In a loan agreement, initials may be placed on every page, a signature field on the final page, and a QR Code on the cover page for verification.
