Flexiform Template

A Flexiform is a reusable template with dynamic, fillable fields. The document and workflow are finalized during template setup, while field values are provided at the time of use.

Setup

  • Go to Admin Settings → Manage Templates.

  • Click Create New Template or select an existing template.

  • Assign the template to specific departments or users if needed.

  • Click Setup Template / Flexiform.

  • Upload one or more documents to serve as the base template.

  • Add fields such as Name, Email, Date, Textbox, Checkbox, or Signature blocks.

  • Define signatories and configure their roles and sequence.

  • Optionally hide certain eSignature appearance options to control what signers see.

  • Click Apply and Activate to make the Flexiform available from the dashboard.

Usage

When initiating a signing with a Flexiform:

  • Select the template from the dashboard.

  • Review or update signatory details (IDs, roles, sequence).

  • Attach supporting files if required.

  • Upload signer details or field values in bulk via Excel if needed.

  • Assign/modify email id for each participant.

  • Configure optional settings such as reminders, watermarks, reference number, envelope name, or workflow language.

  • Initiate the signing process.
