Managing Templates
Admins can create, configure, and manage templates for flexible or fixed workflows.
Templates help standardize frequently used forms, ensuring consistency and reducing errors.
Admins create templates from Admin Settings → Manage Templates.
Click Create New Template, enter a name, and save.

Configure it as a Flexiform (dynamic) or Fixed Form (static). Templates can be mapped to departments or users for controlled access.
