Managing Templates

Admins can create, configure, and manage templates for flexible or fixed workflows.

Templates help standardize frequently used forms, ensuring consistency and reducing errors.

  • Admins create templates from Admin Settings → Manage Templates.

  • Click Create New Template, enter a name, and save.

  • Configure it as a Flexiform (dynamic) or Fixed Form (static). Templates can be mapped to departments or users for controlled access.
