Workflows
Define the order and method in which recipients act on documents.
A Workflow determines the order in which recipients receive and act on a document.
Types of workflows:
Serial – Recipients sign one after another in sequence. (e.g., Legal → CFO)
Parallel – All recipients can sign independently at the same time.
In-Person – Face-to-face signing on your device, in real time.
Example:
Use Serial when a legal team must approve before the CFO signs.
Use Parallel when multiple department heads can sign simultaneously.
Use In-Person when finalizing documents with a client in a meeting.
