Signing Flow-I'll be the sole signer of the envelope

Step1: Log in to the emSigner application.

Step2: Click on Create Envelope

Step3: Select Upload Document and click on Browse Files to upload the document.

Step4: Once the file is uploaded, click Next.

Step5: Choose Only I will sign (Self-signing option).

Step6: Select your preferred signing method:

  • eSignature

  • Digital Signature (Token-based)

  • PAN/Aadhaar-based eSign

  • Aadhaar eSign

Step7: Click next after selecting the signing option.

Step8: The uploaded document will be displayed.

Step9: Drag and drop the Signature field at the required location.

Step10: Click Next

Step11: Attach any required supporting documents, then click Next

Step12: For eSignature, the document is automatically signed at this stage. For identity-verification–based signing (such as Aadhaar), the user is redirected to complete identity verification, after which the signature is applied upon successful verification.
