Pre-requisites and permissions setup

1.Create a Client Secret (App Secret)

  • Go to Settings in emSigner->Manage APPS->Create App->Provide an App name & generate secret key.

  • Go to Manage Authtoken->AuthToken Generation->Select App name created in step1 & generate authtoken.

2.Set Up SharePoint Environment

Create the required source and destination folders in OneDrive where documents will be uploaded for signing and stored after completion.

3.Prepare emSigner Template

Ensure a fixed form template is available in your emSigner account with defined signature fields and workflow rules. If no fixed form template exists, you can create one from the Manage Templates section.
