How do I upgrade my subscription?
The Super Admin users of the emSigner accounts can upgrade their accounts themselves. The specific steps and options for upgrading may vary based on your current subscription plan and your needs. The below steps will guide the user on how to upgrade their subscription.
Step 1: Log in to www.emSigner.com using your Admin Username and Password
Step 2: Click on the "Settings" tab under the Profile Picture present in the top-right corner.
Step 3: Navigate to "Subscription" under "Admin Settings."
Step 4: You can see the active subscription details. Click on the “Upgrade Plan” to open the Upgrade subscription page.
Step 5: Now select a plan, enter the number of users, wallet amount, and counters, and then click on the “Purchase”.
Step 6: Once the payment is successful, you will receive an e-mail from emSigner with the invoice for the upgraded subscription.
