We're excited to unveil the latest emSigner release 2.8.9.1, featuring enhanced user interface and some new features for a smoother user experience.

New Features

Region: GLOBAL

CC Recipient:

In the latest update we are excited to anounce this CC Recipient feature. In the emSigner application, a CC Recipient refers to sending an envelope to a stakeholder for informational purposes. This doesn't require a signature but is provided to keep that stakeholder informed about the contents of the envelope and the actions taken.

Including a CC Recipient ensures that relevant stakeholders in the loop without necessitating their active participation in the signing process. It's particularly useful for keeping records, maintaining communication, and ensuring accountability among multiple parties involved in a transaction or agreement.

Signing order diagram changes:

We have provided a significant upgrade to our platform's user interface, aimed at enhancing visual clarity and user understanding in the Signing Order Diagram. In this update, we have replaced glow rings with precise image indicators, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Automated Signing:

Introducing Automated Signing: Individual Users can now define Automated Signing for users in their profiles, streamlining the process by automatically utilizing available Signatures for signing purposes. This feature enhances efficiency by automating Signature selection and usage, while ensuring secure document handling and signing.

We're thrilled to announce the latest enhancement to our platform which ensures seamless integration with NeSL for resuming halted eStamping journeys. This new feature empowers users to pick up where they left off, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted process.
