Note: Only Admin users will have the privilege to setup workflow template
Step 1: Login to www.emsigner.com using your Admin User Name and Password
Step 2: On top right corner click on your profile image and then click on ‘Settings‘ menu
Step 3: Go to Admin Settings and click on ‘Manage Workflow‘ option
Create a new workflow:
Step 4: Upon clicking on Manage workflow, you will find “Create New Workflow” button on top right of your workflow space. Click on ‘Create New Workflow’ and enter a workflow name. Now click on ‘Setup Template/Flexiform’ to create a new workflow
Upload Document Templates:
Step 5: Upon clicking, Setup Template/Flexiform you will be able to see the below screen with an option to Upload Documents. Click on ‘Upload Documents’ button to upload the document template
(Note: Flexiform allows you to bring dynamic form fields into the form for signers to fill before they sign)
Step 6: Once the document is uploaded you can view the uploaded document template on the screen.
Step 7: Uncheck the Flexiform checkbox in order to open a ‘form template’ which allows you to define signature positions and the number of signers
Step 8: Once you uncheck the box you will see this message, click Yes to start creating your form template.
Step 9: Click on ‘Add Signatories’ in order to add the number of signers required for your template and click Activate#Sign #Workflows #form #templates
