# Validate Signed File

**Step 1:** Log in to the emSigner account using your **Admin User Name** and **Password**

Enter the password to login into the account.

**Step 2:** Click on the Settings tab present at the top.

**Step 3:** Navigate to "***Validate Signed File***" under "Admin Settings."

**Step 4**: Upon clicking “*Validate Signed File*”, you will be navigated to a page where you can select the signed document/file from your local system. Before uploading, you need to select the File Format (pdf/ XML/ PKCS7).

Select the file and click on the “***Validate***” button.

You have now validated your signed document.
