Signing Mode

Enable or disable automated signing to fit your preferred workflow.

If you want emSigner to sign documents on your behalf, enable Automated Signing by checking the corresponding option.

• Works with both eSignatures and BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys).

• Once enabled, the system automatically applies your signature whenever documents are assigned to you.

• You can disable this setting anytime from the Signature Configuration page if you prefer manual signing.
