# Signature Appearance

This section allows you to customize how your signature looks on documents. You can:

* Signature & Initial: Enter your name or initials as you would like them to appear on documents. Choose from multiple predefined styles and click Apply to set the selected style. You can also draw your signature or initials manually or upload an image file, if preferred.
* Company Stamp (Optional): Upload an image of your company seal or stamp to be displayed along with your signature. Supported file types are .jpg, .jpeg, and .png, with a maximum file size of 200 KB.

These elements will appear alongside your name whenever you sign a document.
