# Manage External Users
The Manage External Users page allows you to add and manage external signers or counterparties used in eSignature workflows.
It shows a list of all external users along with their contact details, account information, creation details, and current status.
From this page, you can create a new external user, import users in bulk using Excel, export the list to CSV, and edit or delete existing users using the available action icons.\
The list can be exported at any time using the **Export to Excel** feature for reporting or backup.
