Converting your plan

Plan Conversion in emSigner

emSigner offers two distinct subscription models: user-based plans and envelope-based plans, each designed for different usage patterns and operational needs. These plans are provisioned independently and are not interchangeable by default.

Automatic conversion between user-based and envelope-based plans is not supported. Any request to convert, upgrade, or change the plan type must be initiated through emSigner support channels and is subject to commercial review and confirmation.
