1. Modernized Platform Upgrade

Overview

emSigner is now powered by a modernized architecture built on .NET Core. This transition delivers measurable improvements in document processing speed, platform reliability, and security posture. The platform is now cloud-native by design, supporting Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD deployment pipelines, and runs natively on Windows, Linux, and containerized environments.

This release also introduces a refreshed user interface designed for greater clarity and ease of use, with improved navigation and a more responsive layout across devices.

2. Self-Service Subscription Management

Overview

Administrators can now manage their emSigner subscription directly from within the platform. Application provides real-time visibility into usage, flexible controls for plan upgrade, and renewal workflows, reducing the need to contact the account team for routine subscription tasks.

3. Plan Migration to v3.0

Region: Global, India

Overview

All applicable plans are migrated to the v3.0 Core platform with this release. Cloud customers benefit from the performance and UI improvements automatically, without any manual intervention. As part of this transition, the Advanced Plan has been discontinued for new subscriptions.

This migration includes a pricing update: the Aadhaar eSign charge has been revised from Rs. 5 to Rs. 10 per transaction, effective from the date of migration.
