Changing the language

emSigner allows internal users to change the interface language at any point during the signing process, making the experience more comfortable for users across regions and geographies.

How to Change the Language

  1. From the document signing screen, click the Language selector (for example, English) available in the top-right corner.

  2. A Select Your Language dialog is displayed.

  3. Choose the preferred language from the available options:

    • Global languages (e.g., English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic)

    • Regional languages (for example, Indian regional languages such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, etc.)

  4. Close the dialog after selecting the language.

What Happens After Switching

  • The entire user interface updates instantly to the selected language.

  • This includes:

    • Navigation menus

    • Action buttons (Save, Decline, Delegate, Sign & Finish, etc.)

    • Labels, tooltips, and system messages

  • The document content itself remains unchanged.

After reviewing the document and confirming all required details, the internal user can finalize the signing process by selecting Sign & Finish.
