### Additional Workflow Settings

The **Additional Workflow Settings** screen allows the initiator to configure optional, envelope-level preferences before the document is sent for signing. These settings apply to **all participants** in the workflow and help control communication, reminders, document appearance, and reference materials.

#### Screen Overview

This screen is divided into two sections:

* **Additional Settings**
* **Attach Supporting Document(s)**

Navigation controls are available at the bottom of the screen to move forward or return to the previous step.

### 1. Additional Settings

#### Apply Watermark

Enables a watermark to be applied to the document.\
Helps visually indicate confidentiality or document status.\
Visible to all participants.

#### Reminder

Controls automated reminder notifications for participants who have not completed their action.

**Options may include:**

* Don’t Remind
* Periodic reminders (based on configuration)

Useful for ensuring timely completion in multi-participant workflows.

#### Choose Workflow Language

Sets the language used in the signing interface.\
Applies uniformly to all participants.\
Helps ensure a consistent experience for signers.

#### Email Message

Allows the initiator to add a custom message.\
Included in the email notification sent to all participants.

Commonly used to:

* Provide context about the document
* Share instructions or timelines

#### Set Password

Allows the initiator to secure the envelope with a password *(if enabled)*.\
All signatories must enter this password to access the document, adding an extra layer of security for sensitive workflows.

#### Envelope Expiry

Defines an expiry date for the envelope *(if enabled)*.\
After the specified date, participants will no longer be able to access or sign the document.

### 2. Attach Supporting Document(s)

Supporting documents can be added to the envelope for reference purposes.

#### Description (Optional)

* Add a brief description explaining the purpose of the attachment
* Helps participants understand its relevance

#### Add Attachment

* Upload one or more supporting documents
* These documents:
  * Are visible to all participants
  * Do not require signatures
  * Are not part of the signing workflow
* Typically used for annexures, reference material, or policy documents

### Navigation Controls

#### Document Preview

* Returns to the document preview and signature placement screen

#### Save as Draft

* Saves the envelope with all current configurations
* The envelope can be edited and sent later

#### Next

* Proceeds to the next step in the workflow
* The document moves forward based on:
  * Configured participants
  * Defined workflow order
  * Envelope-level settings applied on this screen

* Participant-specific signing and verification settings are handled separately
* Supporting documents are shared for reference only and are not signed
