How does a user with the role of a Checker approves new adhoc users account creation request?

Note: Only users with Checker Privileges rights can approve Adhoc users account creation requests. 

Step 1:  Login to www.emsigner.com using your User Name and Password

Step 2: On the top right corner, click on your profile image and then click on “Settings”

Step 3: Upon clicking the “Settings” menu. You will find “Adhoc User Approval” option

Step 4: You will be navigated to a page where you can view a list of all Adhoc User for approval approval  

Step 5: Under the ‘Actions‘ column you will have options to approve/Reject

Approve

Select approve button under action menu to approve adhoc user account

Confirmation message will be displayed on successful approval

Reject

Select Reject button under action menu to reject adhoc user account

System will prompt to enter Rejection remarks
