How do I Share Documents with Others?

You can share documents before or after completion of the workflow i.e. while its pending or completed or in drafts or the doc store.

1. Go to www.emsigner.com. Login to emSigner with your credentials

2. In the dashboard, you will find Pending or Completed or Drafts or Doc Store. Select the document that you want to share from any of these sections

3. Click on the Share icon in the actions column. A popup window will open

4. Enter the email IDs separated by semicolons. Select share attachments checkbox (optional) if you want to share any attachment

5. Now click the share button. This completes your task
