How do I provide Workflow Access Rights to Users?

You can always provide access rights to users with emSigner Access Management. Access Management is the process of granting authorized users the right to use a service, while preventing access to non-authorized users.

To provide access rights to users, follow the below steps: 

  1. Login to emSigner as an admin
  2. Select Go to Admin option from the user dropdown menu                                                                                                                                                                                 
  3. Click on Access Management on the left side                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      
  4. This will open up the Access management page
  5. Select the User or Department wise access you want to grant                                                                                                                                            
  6. Search the User or Department in the search box
  7. Select the workflows that you want to provide access rights for that user or department by checking the checkbox
  8. Click on save
  9. Access rights have been successfully assigned
