How to add watermark to the document?

Watermarks are text placed behind the text in your document. You can add text watermarks, such as Draft or Confidential, to your documents.

Watermark feature is displayed on sign & send page.

  • Firstly upload the document(s)
  • Specify singers

Note: while specifying signers it is required to the workflow initiator to be present in the document signing workflow as a document signer to view watermark feature.

  • From the sign & send page specify your watermark text message in the apply watermark text box. The maximum length of the watermark message is 10 characters.            

Note: The Watermark feature is a Value Added Service, to access this functionality you need to upgrade your account. For the free trial account, a default watermark message DEMO PURPOSE is shown on all the document pages by default.
