# Pre-requisites and permissions setup ### Pre-requisites and permissions setup #### 1.Create a Client Secret (App Secret) * Go to **Settings** in emSigner->**Manage APPS**->**Create App**->Provide an App name & generate secret key.

* Go to **Manage Authtoken**->**AuthToken Generation**->Select App name created in step1 & generate authtoken.

#### **2.Set Up SharePoint Environment** Create the required **site**, **document library**, and **source/destination folders** where documents will be uploaded and stored.

#### **3.Prepare emSigner Template** Ensure a fixed form template is available in your emSigner account with defined signature fields and workflow rules. If no fixed form template exists, you can create one from the Manage Templates section.
