Pre-requisites and permissions setup

1.Create a Client Secret (App Secret)

• Go to Settings in emSigner → Integrations & Automation → Manage Connected Applications → Create App → Provide an App name & generate secret key.

2.Set Up SharePoint Environment

Create the required site, document library, and source/destination folders where documents will be uploaded and stored.

3.Prepare emSigner Template

Ensure a fixed form template is available in your emSigner account with defined signature fields and workflow rules. If no fixed form template exists, you can create one from the Templates section in the left panel of the Dashboard.
