Note: Only Admin users have the privilege to provide access rights to internal users/ departments.
Step 1: Login to www.emsigner.com using your Admin User Name and Password

Step 2: On top right corner, your profile image will be present. On clicking the same, “Settings” menu will be displayed

Step 3: Click “Settings” menu. You will find “Access Management” option. Click the same

Step 4: You will find two tabs 1. Users 2. Department

Access rights to Users
Step 5: Click “Users” tab, you will find user search box

Step 6: Search user and select the features and functionalities (workflows, activities/ sub-activities, Report, encrypt/ decrypt etc.,) that you want to provide access rights by selecting the checkbox

Step 7: Click “Department” tab, you will find department search box

Step 8: Search department and select the features and functionalities (workflows, activities/ sub-activities, Report, encrypt/ decrypt etc.,) that you want to provide access rights by selecting the checkbox

Step 9: Click “Save” button to grant access successfully
