Yes, there are two ways in which I can share the documents with others.
- Option 1: While defining signatory process you will see share documents option
- Option 2: In dashboard, against each record (document), you will see share documents option
Option 1:
Step 1: Login to www.emsigner.com using user name and Password

Step 2: You can initiate signing process in 3 simple steps as mentioned below,
- Upload Documents
- Specify Participants
- Sign & Send
In Sign & Send step, you will see “Share Documents” as an option. This is completely optional.
Step 3: Click “Share Documents” option. In that, you will have option to enter the e-mail ID. To send to multiple recipients, separate the e-mail id’s by semi colons.

Step 4: Select “Share Attachments” checkbox if you need to share any supporting documents to the recipient. This is completely optional.

Option 2:
Step 1: Login to www.emsigner.com using your user name and password

Step 2: You can navigate to dashboard (Pending/ Drafts/ Completed) or Doc Store. Against each record, you will find Share icon in actions column.

Step 3: Click “Share” icon. A popup will be displayed. In that, you will have option to enter the e-mail ID. To send to multiple recipients, separate the e-mail id’s by semi colons.

Step 4: Select “Share Attachments” checkbox if you need to share any supporting documents to the recipient. This is completely optional.

Step 5: Finally, click “Share” button to share the document successfully.
