Step 1: Login to www.emsigner.com using your Admin User Name and Password
Step 2: On top right corner, your profile image will be present. On clicking the same, “Settings” menu will be displayed
Step 3: Click “Settings” menu. You will find “Manage Workflow” option. Click the same
Create a new workflow:
Step 4: You will find “Create New Workflow” button on top right of your workflow space. Click the same and enter workflow name and click “Save” to create a new workflow
Step 5: Once the workflow is created, you will see “Setup FlexiForm” button on the bottom right to upload the document template. Click the same
Upload Document Templates:
Step 6: Click “Upload Documents” button to upload the document template
Step 7: You can view the uploaded document on the screen.
Step 8: On the left hand side, you will see some pre-defined list of form fields (E.g Name, Department, Mobile number, QR Code etc.,). You can drag and drop QR Code form fields into the document template
- On hover-over of dragged field, you will find configure icon. Click on the same
- A “Form Field” popup window will open up. In this, you need to select the page where this QR code need to be embedded
- You would have dragged other fields also into the document. For these fields you need to configure additional settings.
- You will find a “QR code” checkbox. You need to select the checkbox if you want this information to be part of QR and click “Apply”(Eg., If Name is required to be part of QR, you need to select “QR code” check box in the form field popup, so that while end user scans the QR, he/ she will find that information.
Step 9: On the right hand side, you will see add signatory option. Click “Add Signatory” button to add signatories
Step 10: Once the above steps are completed, click “Activate Flexiform” button. You will see a message popup on successful completion.
