Step 1: Login to www.emsigner.com using your Admin User Name and Password

Step 2: On top right corner, your profile image will be present. On clicking the same, “Settings” menu will be displayed

Step 3: Click “Settings” menu. You will find “Subscription” option under Admin settings. Click the same

Step 4: You will find “Active Subscription” tab. In that, you will find “Add More User(s)” button. Click the same.

Step 5: You will be navigated to a page where you can add more users. Enter the user you would like to upgrade

Step 6: On right side of the page, you will see Order Summary for the no. of users you have added

Step 7: Click “Purchase” button. You will be navigated to the payment gateway to make payments

Step 8: Once the payment is made successfully, you will be upgraded and you will receive an e-mail from emSigner with the invoice.
